Peacefully at his home at Sandy Cove on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at the age of 88. Alan, beloved husband of Florence (nee Sawyer). Loving father of Catherine, Doris, Thomas, David, Timothy and James. Cherished granddad of 20 and great-granddad of 16. Dear brother of Harry Patchett and the late Doris Walker. Uncle Alan will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd. on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday morning, December 15th, at 11 o'clock, followed by cremation.
