Passed peacefully at Woods Park Care Centre on Saturday, May 30, 2015 in his 99th year. Devoted husband to Irene, loving brother-in-law to Don (Joyce), loving brother of the late Ted Elliott, Bessie Elliott, Ethel Higginbotham and Flora Elliott, loving uncle of the late Stephen and Michael, loving uncle to Terry (Carolyn), Rick (Deb), Shirley, Jim (Maureen), Sandy (Buck), Jeff (Sandra), John, James, Donna, Ruth (Dan), June and Velma (Andrew), and proud great uncle and great great uncle to many.
Visitation will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, with Funeral Service to follow on Wednesday at 11:00 am.
