Ray, Andy “Toad”
Peacefully surrounded by his family after a short but extremely courageous battle with cancer on February 26th 2013 in his 53rd year. Beloved husband of Brenda. Dear father of Doug and Amy. Predeceased by his parents Don and Elsie Ray of Durham. Sadly missed by his sister Adele Payne and brothers Jack (Janice), Doug (Adele), Jaydee (Susan), and David (Wendy). Forever loved by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Friday March 1st from 2 pm. to 4 pm. and 7 pm. to 9 pm. A celebration of Andy's life will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday at 12 pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in Andy's memory may be made to Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre or the O.S.P.C.A. and are greatly appreciated. The family would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all for your overwhelming and loving support. Your strength gets us through.
