Brown, Archibald “Arch†John Davidson (Order of Canada, Order of Ontario, Paul Harris Fellow)
passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Barrie’s Royal Victoria Hospital. Born March 12, 1928 in Vancouver, BC to the late Norman and Charlotte Brown. Husband of Helen Margaret (nee McCutcheon) Brown, and father of Jane Brown Jackson. Brother of Iain (Monica) of Markdale, and Bob (Suzanne) of Lorraine, Quebec. Uncle and grand-uncle of many nephews and nieces. Visitation at the STECKLEY- GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (30 Worsley Street) Barrie, on Friday, November 20, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Arch’s life on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Georgian College Student Life Centre, Athletic Centre, Georgian Drive, Barrie. Fellowship will follow the service. Arch had many interests and supported many causes. For that reason, in lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
