Peacefully passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Sunday, May 11, 2014, in his 81st year. Art, beloved husband of Lorna Blanche (nee Patterson) and the late Lorna Lucy (nee Main). Dear father of David Widdis of Toronto, Janet Garrett, Cameron Widdis and Andrew Widdis, all of Barrie. Dear grandfather of Jesse and Alison McCormack and Kylee Garrett. Predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Louis Widdis of Brantford. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, from 3 pm until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 6 pm, followed by cremation.
