Peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the age of 78. Loving wife of James for 60 years. Cherished mother of Michael (the late Barbie) and Jodylynn Harmon (Richard). Survived by her brother Thomas and predeceased by brother Robert, and sisters Shirley and Joan. Will be sadly missed by many life-long friends and four-legged grandchildren. An informal celebration of Barb’s life will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home reception centre, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie, on Sunday January 15, 2017, from 1pm – 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any ‘no kill’ animal shelter would be greatly appreciated by the family.
