Passed peacefully in her 82nd year on June 4th, 2021, with her family by her side at Hospice Simcoe. Beloved wife and best friend of Gerald “Gerry” McBride. Loving mother of Susan McBride, Sharon Bowen (Peter), and Stephen McBride. Cherished grandmother of Adam (Megan), Matthew, Taylor, Braedon, and great-grandmother of Savannah, Avery, Colin, and Ethan. Dear sister of David Arnold (Sylvia) and Janice Arnold. Predeceased by her parents Leonard and Margaret Arnold.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, June 9th from 7-9 p.m. Please note that, in accordance with Provincial guidelines, small groups will be scheduled as they arrive, with no cycling of guests. Face coverings and physical distancing is mandatory.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Parish, Barrie on Thursday, June 10th at 2 p.m. and will be available to the public online live via the following link: https://www.facebook.com/st.marysbarrie/live
