Passed away unexpectedly on March 1st, 2021 at the age of 64. Dear father of Janice MacDonald (Jasen) and Jennifer St. James (Peter). Cherished grandfather of Alissa, Micheal, Kassidy, Kaylin, Julia, and Alexis; great grandfather of Jayce and Noah. Predeceased by his father Edward Franks and Barbara Campbell, and brothers Edward Franks and Edison Franks. Survived by his siblings, Barbara Teeter, Janet Dercatch (Tony), Bart Franks (Sue), Edgar Franks (Sharon), Ben Franks (Darlene), and Howard Little.
