With great sadness Chris suddenly passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, ON.
His infectious laugh, his bright smile brought happiness to a lot of people.
His generosity from helping his family, to helping his friends and to sponsoring an African child will not be forgotten... his life was short but he brought lot of positive things to a lot of people.
He is predeceased by his Papa.. Raymond Cloutier and will be greatly missed by Denise Cloutier, Chuck Lowden, his brother Travis Lowden and many friends and family.
