Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the I.O.O.F. Home in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Clint. Survived by her daughter Sandra Duff (Bruce), son Charles, grandson Trevor Schouwstra (Manisha), and great granddaughter Jaidyn. Connie is also survived by four step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. She will be remembered by many for her good humour, quick wit and boundless energy. Connie was a member of the Rebekah Lodge for over 60 years. The family wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff of Kempenfelt Court whose devotion, care, and compassion assisted them before, during, and after Connie’s passing. Private family arrangements entrusted to Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to the Oddfellow and Rebekah Home (division of IOOF Seniors Homes), or the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County.
