HOFLAND, Craig (Professional Firefighter)

After a long battle with Multiple Myeloma (Bone Marrow Cancer) surrounded by family and friends. It is with great sadness that the family of Craig Hofland of Lefroy (Innisfil) announces the passing of Craig on Friday, August 3rd, 2012, in his 58th year. Beloved Husband of Patty Hofland of 29 years and Father of Tara, will be sadly missed by his 4 year old Grandson Caden. Will be loved and not forgotten by his Mother Ruth (late Max Hofland), Brothers Rick, (Marianne), Danny (Diane), Darren (Anne), and Sister Heather (Todd) and now Craig is with his late Sister Lisa Thompson (Steve). Will be deeply missed by his Father-in-law Alfie Bova (late Nancy Bova), Sister-in-law Diane Stubbs (Bill), Mandy Bailey (Joe), Brother-in-law Philip Bova (Sharyn). Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews and cousins. Forever in the hearts of his extended family and many close friends, along with Craig's Brothers at the Innisfil Fire Stations. Visitation will be held at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 201 Minet's Point Road, Barrie, on Tuesday, August 7th and on Wednesday August 8th, both days from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. A Celebration of Craig's life will be held on Thursday, at 3 p.m. at the Innisfil Community Church, 1571 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil with a reception to follow.
