LOWE, Cynthia Mildred (nee Roker), in her 96th year, passed away at Victoria Village in Barrie, Ontario. Her Majesty, as she was affectionately called, has left behind her eight children, Arthur, Phyllis (Lamrock-Ifill), Roger, Muriel (Blanchard), Harold, David, William and Sharon (Johnson). She also leaves 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Muriel Lowe (nee Roker) of Nanaimo, B.C. Cynthia's husband, Arthur J.R. Lowe, passed away in 1986.

Family and friends will be received at STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Monday, March 9th from 4pm to 7pm and on Tuesday March 10th from 9:30am until time of service at 11:30am, with Reception to follow in the Lounge.
