David John Dobko
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of David at the age of 75. He will be dearly missed by best friend, and wife of 51 years Penny, son Kevin, granddaughter and the sunshine of his life Sasha, and good friend Sawako.
Born to poor immigrants and raised on a small farm in rural Saskatchewan, Davie was no stranger to hard work, and put himself through University to become the first member of the family with a degree. His dedication to his career as a pharmacist was unparalleled.
His zest for life was never hampered by his long battle with cancer. David was a man of honour, and honesty, a wonderful family man, and a man of great principles. His depth was quiet, but deep.
He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
