Passed away at the Southlake Health Centre, surrounded by his family on Friday February 17, 2012 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Paul and his wife Andrea, Stephen and Jeffrey. Proud Grandad of Jacob and Olivia. Dear son of Doris and the late Frank Lamb. Loving brother of Jennifer and her husband David, Graham and Pat. Uncle Dave will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews.
