Suddenly at his home in Brampton on Sunday, March 31, 2013, at the age of 50. Donald, beloved boyfriend of Marguerite “Margie” Belanger and her children Nickolas (Janis) and Crystal (Cory Marshall). Cherished father of Justin and Nicholas and their mother Savi Desjardins. Dear brother of Patricia Perron (Richard) of Barrie, Paul (Berni) of Gravenhurst, Pierre (Gwen) of Calgary, AB, Jacques “Joe” of Regina, SK and Marc (Jenny) of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Victor, Keyra, Curtis and Dana Belanger and Lucas and Dylan Marshall. Dear son-in-law of Darling Bal. Predeceased by his parents Horace and Dorothée Desjardins of New Liskeard. Donald will also be missed by his many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 2 pm until time of memorial service in the chapel at 3 o'clock.
