Reid-Niederhumer, Donna Marilyn (nee Mead) - Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario on Friday May 8th, 2009. Donna was in her 76th year. Donna was a devoted wife of the late Walter Reid and the late Arthur Niederhumer. Loving mother of the late Margaret (Peggy) Reid of Barrie, Shannon Flynn (Herb) of Barrie and Shawn Reid (Kevin Burke) of Whitby. Cherished Grandma of Connor and Keegan Flynn. Also survived by her sisters Beverly Peterbaugh of Kincardine, Gloria Rutledge (Bob) of Ripley and Patricia Mead of Ripley. A special thank you for the care and support of our mother by Dr. Kim McKenzie and the nurses from 4SB at Royal Victoria Hospital. Family and friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home located at 201 Minet’s Point Road at Young Street in Barrie. Visitation to be held on Saturday May 16th, 2009 at 11:00am, followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 1:00pm to celebrate Donna’s life. Inurnment in Ripley, Ontario at a later date.
