Peacefully passed away at the Mill Creek Care Centre, Barrie, on Saturday, December 29, 2012, in her 92nd year. Marie, beloved wife of the late Lloyd S. Harris. Loving mother of Allan Harris and wife Marion of Anten Mills, Larry Harris and wife Susan of Oro Station, Nancy Knowles (late husband Lorne) and partner Richard Upshall of Midhurst. Cherished grandmother of Jeff (Selina), Kari (Jeff), Greg (Cheri), Sheri (Charlie), Lara and great grandmother of Jayden, Siena, Sylvie, Ben, Grayson and Haley. Survived by her sister-in-law Della Harris. Predeceased by her sisters Clara Smith and Elsie Hickling. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Friday, January 4, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. and at Central United Church, 54 Ross St., Barrie, on Saturday, January 5, 2013, from 9:30 am until time of funeral service at 10:30 am.
