MILLER, DOUGLAS
Douglas William Miller of Innisfil, Ontario, formerly of Inglewood, Ontario,
and Whiteway, Newfoundland. Douglas passed away quietly on July
24, 2014 in his 71st year, with his wife and children by his side.
Loving husband of Irma. Loving father of Nadine Strick (Ross), Jackie Bala
(Craig), and Kendra Miller (Paul). Dear Grandpa and Papa of Kyle, Emily, Julia,
Douglas, John, Keith and Ava. Loving brother of Mike Miller. Predeceased by his
parents, Jack and Janet Miller. Doug will be sadly missed by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as being fondly remembered by many friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minets Point Road, Barrie, Ontario, on Wednesday, July 30th, 2014, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, July 31, 2014, at 2 pm. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe in memory of Doug would be appreciated by the family.
