Passed away peacefully, with her nephew David by her side, at Grove Park Home in Barrie on Sunday March 6, 2011. Ruth Blevins (nee MacDonald) of Barrie, and formerly of Toronto, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Orm Blevins. Loving aunt of David and Doris Blevins, and great-aunt of Kate Blevins. A private family service will be held, with interment in Ruth’s hometown, Ridgetown , On., of which she spoke fondly. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown, on Thursday March 10 at 1:00 p.m. Believed to be Grove Park’s longest resident, Ruth’s family would like to thank the staff of Grove Park Home for their loving and compassionate care.
