MARTIN, Edward “Junior”
Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on July 29th, 2024 at the age of 80. Son of the late Edward and Marjorie Martin. Beloved husband of Mary Lou Martin for 54 years. Honoured father of Edward Martin (Kaye), and Robert Martin (Christine). Cherished grandfather and “Bubba” to Mackenzie, Natalie, Gabbi, Jack, and Reid. Survived by his sisters Shirley Longo (Joe), and Linda Wilkinson (Les). Will be sadly missed by many long-time friends and colleagues.
A celebration of Junior’s life will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Saturday, August 17th, 2024 from 11 am – 1 pm, with words of remembrance being shared at 11:30 am.
