WINTERICK, Edwin (Ed) October 28, 1955 - April 2, 2011. "His last ceramic tile has been laid." Ed left us peacefully knowing that he was loved by his family. Devoted husband and best friend of Debbie for 35 years. Sadly missed by his son Jonathan, whom he loved dearly. Dear son of Kaoru Winterick. Predeceased by his father John Winterick. Dear brother and brother in law of Fran & Mario Menard, Netta & Jim Huffman, Dave & Toula, Roy & Denise, Frank, Donna & Ken Wilson, Dan & Crystal. Uncle EXTRAORDINAIRE to Tina, Jason, Jacob & Aidan Pain. Special Uncle to Dawn, Angela, Davey, Roy, Jordan, Brittany, Anna, Kienan, Ainsley, Courtney, Raven, Taylor and Valyn. His memory will be cherished by the Birimcombe family, especially Dave & Joyce, Doug, Don & Chris, Dale & Loretta, Nancy & Brian Cole, Rusty & Richelle. Uncle Ed will be lovingly remembered by Stacey & Bobby, Jessica, Brayden, Davie & Brittany, Johnathon, Nicole, Kari, Christopher, Bobby, Mandy, Rustin, Nicolas and Gracie. Ed will be missed by his life long friend Harry Lamers. Will also be remembered by numerous friends and business associates, especially Mike Quanbury. Special thanks to Dr. G. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday April 8, 2011 at 1:30 pm in the Canadian Room at the Army Navy and Air Force Club, 7 George St, Barrie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Dr. Perry - Brain Tumor Research at Sunnybrook Hospital.
