Tuck: Eldon Mainard
Passed away October 8, 2010 with grace and dignity, surrounded by his family, to join the love of his life, Irene. We were blessed to have him for 91 years. Cherished father of Carol and John Maloney, Donna and her late husband Jerry Buell, and Kathryn and David Larkin. Loving Poppie to Kymberley, Kathleen (Dan), Patricia (Tero), Meghan, and Karen. Treasured great grandfather of Morgan. Dear brother of the late Melville, Norman, Alice Watson, and Fredrick. Fondly remembered by his brother in law Roy Walt and many nieces and nephews. Eldon was a long time member of Central United Church, and a member of the choir for almost 70 years. He will be fondly remembered for his whistling and beautiful tenor voice. Funeral Service at Central United Church, 54 Ross St, on Tuesday October 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery.
