Passed peacefully surrounded by her family at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Sunday January 2, 2011 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother of Craig and his wife Cindy and Nancy (David) McCullough. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her grandchildren Zach, John, Fergie and Addison. Dear sister of Shirley (Paul) Moreau, Maggie (Jim) Bertram, Joan (Don) McGinnis, Dotty (Bob) Paradis. Sister-in-law of Kay Hall, Em (Ron) Stewart and Joan Wallwin. Predeceased by her brother John, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws Keith Hall, Ruth and Cliff Poole, Ross and Shirley Wallwin and Phyllis and Jim Handy. Friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minets Point Road, Barrie on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Anglican Church, 24 Collier St, Barrie, on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment Barrie Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
