Peacefully, went to be with his Lord, at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Monday November 30, 2009 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late H. A. Jean (nee Anderson). Loving father of Robert Blackburn and Donna and her husband Steve Winfield. Proud grandfather of Jason Blackburn (Chrissy), Matthew Blackburn and his wife Corina, and Jon, Mark, and David Winfield. Lovingly remembered by great grandchildren Cameron, Clayton, Logan, and Tristan. Dear brother of Gerry Blackburn and his late wife Doreen.
