Evelyn Alice Millar (nee Hepinstall)
October 11, 1927-January 8, 2020.
Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Harold (1989) who she missed daily, and leaves behind daughters Elizabeth (Glenn), Jane (Frank), grand-daughters Lisa and Samantha, and many neices and nephews, too numerous to mention. Mom was a loving and caring person, always putting her family first.
Mom’s friendships lasted her lifetime, and her closest friends became family to her. She was a dedicated member of Collier Street United Church, where she spent many happy hours volunteering. Mom was a gracious lady, generous, kind, funny, and had a keen sense of humour that was apparent to her final days.
She was a wonderful mom, grandma and friend and those of us who were lucky enough to have her in our lives will miss her dearly.
