Peacefully at Roberta Place in Barrie on December 6 , 2017 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Eleanor. Dear father of Joanne Weaver and Jennifer Weaver (Mike). Proud grandfather of Daniel Lipka, Michelle Lipka (Matt) , Lisa Lipka (Jordan) and great grandfather of Elyse and Paisley. Sadly missed by long time friend Dan Lipka. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, Ontario on Friday December 8, from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will take place the following day, Saturday December 9, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie starting at 10 am.
