It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Frederick (Freddie) Bullock on March 3rd, 2021 in Barrie Ontario at the age of 85.
He is the beloved husband of Evelyn. Adored father of John (Mara) and Joanne (Herminio). A fantastic Papa to Lexy, Julian, Ariel, Isabella, and Abbigail. Will be greatly missed by Peppa too! Son of the late Henry and Mabel, and dear brother to the late Henry(Mary) and late Louise (Frank). Beloved Uncle to Lorne, Janet and Lee of Boston and Darcy, Andrea and Tiffany of the Soo.
Born in Montreal Fred lived much of his youth in Lennoxville, Quebec. He moved to Sault Ste. Marie Ontario and spent 36 years working at Algoma Steel before retiring in 1991. Fred was a fixture at the Tarentorus Curling Club for many years. He also enjoyed fishing with his buddies at Havilland and Harmony Bay. His greatest passion was time with his family at camp on McCarroll Lake. He put his heart and soul (not to mention blood, sweat and tears) into building a paradise for his family.
Fred and Evelyn moved to Barrie Ontario in 2007 to be closer to family. But he never missed a summer at camp where he could relax in the result of his work and visit with friends from the Soo.
