Gail Ethel Allen (nee Balkwill), born November 26, 1946 passed away peacefully in her sleep, at
Coleman Care Centre in Barrie on Friday January 6, 2017. Predeceased by her parents Ken &
Beryl Balkwill, husband Gerald Allen and former husband James Russell Swan. Survived by her
siblings Boyd Balkwill and Muriel Andrews (Balkwill). Cherished mother of Angela Puccini
(Swan) and Douglas Swan. Adored Grandmother of Taylour Puccini , Alyssa Puccini and
Alexandrea Swan. Aunt to Jennifer (Andrews) & Jason Carr and Karen Andrews. Great Aunt to
Evan and Owen Carr. Family, friends and those whose hearts Gail touched are invited to attend
services in her honour. Wednesday January 11, 2017 at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home,
201 Minet's Point Road, Barrie. Visitation 11-1, Funeral service 1-2 with a reception to follow
