Peacefully passed at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie on Sunday, October 15th, 2023 at the age of 67 years. Beloved mother of Kathleen Morris and Janyne (Doug) MacLeod. Proud grandmother of Austin. Dear sister of Tom and Catherine. Predeceased by her parents Earnest and Marianne Parker. Will be missed by many extended family members and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 from 11:15-1:15 pm. A Graveside Service will follow at the Barrie Union Cemetery, 208 Sunnidale Rd., Barrie at 1:30 pm. In keeping with Gail’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Hospice Simcoe or to the Alzheimer’s Society of Simcoe County and are greatly appreciated by the family.
