Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Monday, March 18, 2013, in his 88th year. George, beloved husband of the late Hazel (nee Welch). Loving father of Edward (Jolene) of Orleans, Ont., Norman of Timmins. Cherished grandfather of Shannon and Kevin Bale. Dear brother of Kay Newman. Special friend of Valerie Koyias and Tony Paris. A celebration of George's life will be held in the community room of 12 Heather St. Barrie, on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 2 – 4 PM. Interment will take place in the spring in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
