Rev. Harry Nunn, onto his reward.
George Henry “Harry" Nunn II was born in Rouyn Noranda, Quebec, Canada November 29, 1935 to George Henry “Harry” Nunn I and Sheila Eva Nunn — the first of nine children.
Predeceased by his loving wife Ruth and son Tim, sisters Ruth and Eva, and brothers Gary and Fred.
Harry is survived by his three children, Ruth Ann Evans (Terry), Harry Nunn III (Karen) and Stephen Nunn (Stephanie), by sisters Linda, Lois and June, and brother Lyle. He was proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Called into Christian ministry at an early age active for the next 50 years, Dr. G. H. Nunn was passionate about sharing the Good News gospel, serving as pastor in six community churches and serving as General Superintendent for the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Canada 1971 to 1991 and President of Christianview Bible College.
To offset the demands of ministry, Harry loved to find refreshment on the waters of Georgian Bay, Lake Simcoe, and Lake Ontario aboard their boat Still Waters. He loved to take family and friends for a calm cruise.
Now home with the Lord, Harry celebrates with many family and friends who have gone before him.
