POOLE George
Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on October 12, 2009 in his 97th year. George is predeceased by Gladys (1996), his wife and best friend of 64 years and his son David Sterling Poole (2003). He is survived by his much beloved daughter-in-law, Carol, granddaughter Leslie Ljubicic and her husband Vlado, grandson David Poole and his wife Lisa. Great grandfather of Joseph, Jordan, Matthew, Nicholas and Kyra. Brother of Leona Minnikin, of Barrie. Visitation will be held at STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley Street on Saturday October 17th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service e at 11:00 a.m. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery.
