Prance, George Michael “Mike”
Peacefully passed away at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie, On Saturday, April 19, 2014, in his 86th year. Mike, beloved husband of the late Frances Marie (nee Corcoran). Loving father of Stephen (Coralee), Mark (the late Gabriela) and Larry. Cherished grandfather of Alicia Pilon (Jay), Andrew, Aaron, Ryan, Hayden and great grandfather “Big Papa” of Caydence and Keenan. Dear brother of Catherine O'Gorman (David), Margaret Prance, the late Adele Davies and the late Rev. Charles Prance. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Sunday, April 27, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie, on Monday, April 28, 2014, at 2 pm. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
