George Ross was many marvelous things: a loving father, caring husband, devoted friend. He was a good and kind soul, who brought out the best in everyone he met. His impish smile and his mumbling voice endeared him to
so many people young and old alike. When he left us on August 23rd after a sudden illness, he left his family and friends with an emptiness that won't soon be filled. George lives on in his children Mark Ross of
Vancouver, Kyle Ross of Barrie and Pamela Ross of Barrie, and in his grandchildren Juliette and Jackson. A wake will be held this Sunday in his honour. A funeral will take place at a later date in Ireland where he will be reunited with his dear wife, Christine. God Bless.
