Ambeau, Germaine “Gerry” Anne
Peacefully passed away at the Mill Creek Care Centre, Barrie, on Saturday, November 30, 2013, in her 81st year. Gerry (nee Bellisle), beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother of Sandra Ambeau and Brian Ambeau and wife Christine. Dear sister of Rita Wright (Russell) and sister-in-law of Joan Legree (late Lorne), Constance Hochrein (Rudy), Tom Ambeau (Rhodell) and the late Gordon Ambeau (late Theresa). Gerry will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Mill Creek Care Centre, 3rd Floor W., for the excellent, compassionate and loving care they bestowed on Gerry during her illness. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie, on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 7-9 pm and on Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations made to the Alzheimers Society of Simcoe County would be appreciated by the family.
