... was ushered into the presence of his Saviour, with his family by his side, at Royal Victoria Hospital on Thursday, October 21, 2010. Sadly missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Delores (Cooper), and his children David (and Sue) Weston, Sharon Diamond, Stephen (and Sandra) Weston, Deb (and Jon) Dearden, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Gil was a 29 Year Employee of General Electric in Barrie. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie on Sunday October 24, from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday October 25, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friends will also be received at Hi-Way Pentecostal Church, 50 Anne Street North, Barrie from 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 26, until the Celebration of his Life at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Barrie Union Cemetery, Barrie.
