Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Harold. Loving mother of Ryan (Cindy) and grandmother of Scott and Ian. Though born in Melksham, England, she was fiercely passionate of her Scottish upbringing, having being raised and educated in Edinburgh, Scotland. She made many wonderful friends through her dog walking and pet care business that she developed in Barrie. She will be sadly missed by many people. A Memorial Service will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie, on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 1 pm.
