Gwendolyn Rossiter, 1935-2011, beloved wife of John Rossiter. Loving mother of Douglas and Jeffrey. Sadly missed by daughter-in-law, Helena, and granddaughter, Kathryn (Katy).
Suddenly, on Sunday, August 21, 2011 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, ON.
Predeceased by brothers, Clarence, Stan, Lloyd, and Clive Nicholson, and by sisters Urilla Vance and Sybil Esplen. Survived by brothers Jim and Laurence Nicholson, and sisters Phyllis Arkell, Ruby Friar, Vina Miller, Dorothy Nicholson, Anne Gibson, Violet Swannell, Barbara Ferguson, and sister-in-law Sheila Nicholson.
She touched us all with her kindness and perseverence, often while suffering pain. Gwen will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Service to be held at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home at 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, Ontario, on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 2 - 4 PM.
