Harold Edwin Divine

Harold Divine – on Sept. 21 at Millcreek Care Centre in Barrie with family by his side.
A WW2 USMC Vet – “H.E” held the bar high – stressing the importance of principle, a love of nature and a finely tuned wit. He leaves behind Patricia, his devoted wife and constant advocate of sixty two years, his children Rob (Brenda) Deb (Eugene) and Gayle (Steve); cherished grandchildren Daniel, Sarah and Jack; sister Jane (Matt); his steadfast friend Lee Schisler, cousins Douglas and Nancy and many nieces and nephews.
We are indebted to his special team at Millcreek who offered so much comfort and care, especially Sherine and Gayle – whose love and support will not be forgotten.
In the spirit as he lived, a private family service was held on a cloudless day on the farmland that he loved.
