Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Woods Park Care Centre, on Wednesday May 18, 2011 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Annie for 58 years. Loving father of Margaret and her husband Brian Fallowfield, Cathy and her husband Keith McCutcheon, and Trish and her husband David Torrance. Proud “Gaga” of Jennifer (Tyler), Ian (Jennifer), Shane, Jessica (Brad), Colin Hugh, Breanne, Connor, Ciara, Chelsey, Simon and Scott. Survived by his sisters Cathie and Alice of Scotland. Uncle Hughie will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by Rita and Martin, Davie and Esther and family.
