Irene Carol Temple passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on July 28th. Irene was the daughter of Norman Hartley Moat and Elinor Marilyn Moat. Irene is survived by her husband Larry Temple as well as her son Keith Temple (Julianne) and her Daughter Randi Temple. Irene was also Grandma to Adrienne Canfield, Victoria Canfield, Morgan Maloney, and Peyton Temple. Sister to Debbie Adams (Rob), Norma Moat (John), Keith Moat (Pam) and Cliff Moat (Karen). Irene will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worlsey St., Barrie on Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 from 9-11 a.m. with a graveside service to immediately follow at the Barrie Union Cemetery, 338 Sunnidale Rd., Barrie. Donations in Irene’s memory may be made to the Diabetes Association or to the Kidney Foundation and are greatly appreciated by the family.
