Poels, Jacoba Johanna
Peacefully passed away at the Leacock Care Centre, Orillia, on July 11, 2014, in her 95th year. Jacoba, beloved wife of the late Martin. Loving mother of Tina Palmer (Douglas), Mary Fernandez (José), Ellen Rastas (Paul) and Ben Poels (Anne). Cherished grandmother of Carolyne, Geoffrey (Tania), Kristina (Ryan), Daniel and Gregory (predeceased) and great grandmother of Owen, Jake, Grace and Tyler. Also survived by siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews here and in Holland. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie at 12:00 pm. Reception to follow.
