James Edward Patterson at the age of 65 on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at Royal Victoria Hospital. Beloved husband of Diane. Jim will be remembered for his love of travel to Costa Rica, climbing Mayan ruins, and for fast cars, motorbikes and boats. He was a trained as a carpenter, worked most of his life as a commercial construction superintendent, and spent his spare time renovating his cottage and many homes. Born on a farm in Thornton Ontario on July 1, 1952, he will be sadly missed by his brothers, Robert (Barb), Leslie (Annie), Charles (Lilly) and James (Gail) and his sister Linda, his brother in law Ross (Linda) and sister in law Karen (James) and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Annie, his brothers Daniel, Reginald, George, Eric, Arthur and sisters Helen & Margaret.
James chose cremation and did not wish a funeral service. Donations if you wish may be made to the RVH Cancer & Palliative Care or a charity of your choice.
