FERGUSON, Janet Ruth (née Hugill)
On Dec. 15, 2021 at Mill Creek Care Home in Barrie. Beloved wife of the late Howard L. Ferguson. Pre-deceased by her parents Howard Ruthven Hugill and Marion Walker Hugill (Breadner). Dear mother to David (Maureen) Michael (Cheryl), Andrew (Anne), Christopher (Mariella) and Marc (Maria). Loving grandmother of Adam (Kathleen), Jonathan (Estelle), Matthew (1985-2009), Laura (Eviatar), Andrew (Samantha), Leigh, Jay, Alan, Rachel, Kate, and Eric. Great-grandmother to Abigail, Benjamin, Alexander, Madeline, and Jack. Janet will be missed by her sister-in-law Lynda Deckelmann (Gerd 1938-2017) and will be remembered by nieces Heidi Deckelmann and Julie Deckelmann and grand-nephews Cooper and Quinn.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration gathering will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
