Yocom, Marie “Jean” Eleanor (nee Poole) December 7, 1920 – May 10, 2014
Peacefully with family by her side on May 10th, 2014 at Carpenter House Hospice, Burlington Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Jack (2007) of 65 years, are together again. Survived by her children Jim (Fran), Jane (Bob predeceased Dec 2011), John (Theresa) & Janet (Rob). Sadly missed by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her two sister-in-laws. Friends will be received at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie Ontario on Wednesday May 14th, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday May 15th, 2014 at 10:30 am from St. Mary's Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie Ontario. In lieu of flowers donations in Jean's memory may be made to The MS Society, The Kidney Foundation or The Autism Society, and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
