Aitken, Jessica McCallum (Mackay)
Jessica passed away peacefully on September 23, 2012 at Royal Victoria Hospital. Beloved wife of the late George Birrell Aitken. Upon retiring from the Federal Government, Jessica enjoyed over 29 years of volunteer service at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Loved mother of Gary Aitken (Helen) of Barrie and Sheila Aitken of Devon, Alberta. Loved grandmother of Sarah, Gavin (Lindsey), Emily and Colin. Loving great grandmother of Preston, Spencer, Aubrey, Madison, Riley and Rebecca. She will be greatly missed by all.
Friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd. (705-721-1211) from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 26th. Complete funeral service will be held in the chapel at 7:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Private family interment will take place at a later date.
