In her 102nd year of a life well lived. Jessie Newton passed away at home on February 16, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Walter Newton (Pete). Mother of Marilyn Dewland (Hugh), Helen Foster (Dave), Bob Newton (Huguette) and Cathy Newton. Forever in our hearts. Grandmother to Daniel, Stephen and Kitty, Ray and Stacey, and Heather and Mike. Great grandmother of Kevin, Dalen, and Alexander. Visitation will take place at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Road, Barrie, on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 1-2pm.
