Passed peacefully on Saturday, August 6th, 2016 in his 86th year. Loving husband of June for 65 years. Survived by his brother Gord and predeceased by his brother Arthur and twin brother Bill. Cherished father of Debby Evans (Cliff), Dot Flannigan, Trudy Laxdal (Paul) and Tammie Dunnett (Tom). Jack will be sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many lifelong friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon and celebration of Jack’s life on Saturday, October 15, from 1 pm until 4 pm in the reception centre of the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s memory may be made to RVH Cardiac Care and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
