John “Jack” passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Thursday, November 16, 2023 just two weeks before his 100th birthday. He will be dearly missed by daughters Kathy Hunt and Laura Billard, grandchildren James Billard and Katie Billard (Chris Szulist) and great granddaughters Zoe and Hailey. Predeceased by Blanche (Clark), his beloved wife of 65 years, son-in-law Rev. Tom Billard, brother-in-law Bill Clark and sister-in-law Gloria Clark.
A Visitation will be held at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 170 Steel St., Barrie on Saturday, December 9th, 2023 from 1 pm until the time of Service at 2 pm. A Livestream will be available here. The interment of cremated remains will occur at the Thornton Cemetery in Oshawa at a later time.
