Suddenly, on June 22, 2016, in his 36th year. Loving father of Evan Hicks. Beloved son of John and the late Penny. Cherished brother of Lisa West (Bryan) and grandson to Doreen Hicks (Charles - predeceased) and Arnold Musclow (Lois – predeceased). Will be sadly missed by his girlfriend Hayley, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends. Johnathan will forever be remembered for his bright blue eyes, his smile and contagious laughter, his loud, deep voice, and his constant playing and love of all genres of music. He was passionate about his work, loved to hunt and fish, to spend time outdoors with his son Evan, and to gather with family and friends whenever possible. Johnathan was always the life of the party. Visitation will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie on Monday, June 27, 2016 from 2 – 4 PM and 7 – 9 PM, with a celebration of Johnathan’s life taking place in the chapel on Tuesday, June 28, at 11 AM.
